Bizarre fan theory claims Beyonce has revealed the sex of her twin babies

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a fan theory?

From Taylor Swift secretly being a teenage boy from Exeter to Honey G actually being David Cameron in disguise, the more outlandish, bizarre and downright unbelievable, the better the theory is.

Do Bey’s earrings give her away?

The latest celebrity claim to be taking the internet by storm is Twitter user @Yawncey’s suggestion that pregnant superstar Beyonce has secretly been telling us the sex of her unborn children.

The Bey fan, who goes by the name of Alex, has claimed that the fact that Beyonce has dug out the earrings she wore in her ‘If I Were A Boy’ music video for her latest pregnancy shoot is evidence that she is expecting twin boys.

Sharing photos of Beyonce’s new pics and a screenshot from the 2008 hit, Alex wrote: “Beyoncé the type to subtly reveal the gender of her babies with earrings.

“Why else is Mrs. Petty rocking the “If I Were A Boy” earrings?”

The tweet soon gained huge traction, going on be retweeted over 10,000 times as other fans speculated that Alex’s theory might just hold some weight.

One wrote: “Boy, I’m shook. If this is true I’ll be deceased.”

Others added: “Queen invented hinting with earrings.”

“Beyhive fans are toooooo good.”

Fans also reckon the emerald means something.

“She is the master of cryptic codes and the true meaning behind them.”

“Your observant eyes are too DAMN huuuggeeeee!!!! Who’da noticed??”

Beyonce fans also believe that the star is due to give birth in May due to the fact she has been wearing a lot of emerald colours since announcing her pregnancy, with emerald being the birthstone for the month of May.

Obviously Bey hasn’t yet commented on the speculation and she probably never will, but if she welcomes twin boys in May then maybe her fans really are onto something…
